Casual Pool Shop Team Member

Crown Pool Superstore is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Team Member to join our busy pool shop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and being part of a friendly team.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to work approximately 2–3 days per week, with one weekend shift per week depending on availability and seasonal requirements.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Providing friendly and helpful customer service in-store and over the phone

- Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases

- Assisting office staff as needed using systems like Xero, Vend and Gmail

- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries

- Processing sales and using basic computer systems

- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays

- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented

- General administration and office support

- Assisting the team with general day-to-day shop duties

About You

The successful applicant will be:

- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers

- Reliable, punctual and well presented





- Organised with good attention to detail

- Comfortable using computers, phones and basic software

- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment

- A quick learner with a positive attitude

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous retail, customer service, administration or pool industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Pool industry knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided to the right person.
