You'll work closely with an established agent and gain hands-on exposure across the entire sales process, building the skills, relationships and local market knowledge to launch a successful career in real estate sales.

The Role

- Prospecting, cold calling and lead generation
- Booking appraisals and creating new business opportunities
- Database management and nurturing
- Buyer follow-up, qualification and communication
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Building relationships with buyers and prospective vendors
- Supporting active sales campaigns from start to finish
- Building your profile throughout the Bondi market
- Supporting the agent across the full sales process

The Candidate We're looking for someone hungry, energetic and genuinely driven to succeed in real estate sales.

You'll be:

Previous real estate experience is required.
