As part of our Client Care team, you’ll play a vital role in creating an experience that makes our clients feel genuinely cared for — every single time they walk through our doors.

What will your dream job look like?

Welcoming clients and their pets warmly and creating a friendly, inviting atmosphere

Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and providing accurate information

Building and maintaining genuine, positive relationships with our clients

Collecting and updating client information,



including pet records and contact details

Processing payments and handling financial transactions accurately

Listening to client concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Accurately taking patient histories and communicating important details clearly to our veterinary team

NO VETERINARY EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM

You do not need previous veterinary industry experience to be successful in this role.

What we’re looking for is talent, attitude and a genuine passion for people and animals.

We’ll provide the training. We have the systems, support and processes to develop your veterinary knowledge and client-care skills.

If you have the talent, we can help you build the rest.
