I'm a young roofer with 5 years in the game, running my own crew on the Sunshine Coast, and I'm looking for someone to work beside me every day and learn the trade properly. From day one you're on roofs, hands-on, picking up real skills.

About you

- Reliable transport to and from job sites

- A valid driver's licence (or well on the way to getting one)

- Physically fit and able to handle manual labour outdoors

- Punctual and dependable

- Willing to learn from scratch and take direction

- Right to work in Australia





- Turn up on time, every day, ready to work

- Bring full effort — this is physical, outdoor work in all conditions

- Be coachable — take instruction and feedback

- Communicate honestly — if running late, unsure, or you've made a mistake, say so

Key responsibilities

- Learn and carry out roofing installation and repair tasks under direct supervision

- Handle, prepare and carry materials, tools and equipment on site

- Keep the work site clean, organised and protected

- Follow site safety procedures and instructions at all times

- Build up to working more independently as your skills and confidence grow
