We're a growing Australian e-commerce business specialising in personalised signage and display products for small businesses, events and organisations across Australia. Based in Geelong with our own in-house production capability, we bring together e-commerce, design, print and manufacturing to create customised products that help businesses bring their brands to life. We're a small, hands-on team with an established production business behind us and an exciting online brand that continues to grow.

About the role

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer & E-commerce Coordinator who loves design but also wants to be involved in the broader world of e-commerce, customer experience, digital content and emerging AI tools. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life, create and prepare artwork for production, assist with online orders and enquiries, and help develop our website, products and digital brand.

Key responsibilities

- Work directly with customers to interpret design briefs and create artwork for personalised signage and display products

- Create, adapt and check customer artwork

- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production

- Guide customers through the artwork, proofing and ordering process

- Manage and update product imagery, graphics and website content

- Work alongside our social media content creator to develop graphics and creative assets

- Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across our website,



social channels and customer communications

- Support the development and launch of new products

- Explore AI and emerging creative tools to assist with design, image creation, content development and e-commerce workflows

About you

- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

- Good understanding of artwork setup, typography, colour and layout

- Confidence interpreting customer briefs and turning ideas into polished finished designs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple customer jobs and priorities at once

- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and social media

- Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies, with a willingness to experiment with tools that can improve design, content creation and productivity

- Positive, practical attitude and willingness to get involved in different areas of a growing online business

- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce, Canva or similar e-commerce and creative platforms would be highly regarded
