An excellent opportunity is available for an ambitious property professional ready to take the next step. Joining an established Inner West business managing approximately 300 properties, you'll work within a supportive pod alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager and a junior team member, with the structure and backing to grow into a full Property Manager rather than being thrown in the deep end.

The Role

- Work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager
- Take responsibility for a large portion of tenant communication
- Assist with outgoing inspections and tenancy matters
- Support the day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Liaise professionally with landlords and tenants
- Help coordinate maintenance and general property matters
- Work collaboratively within a structured property management pod
- Gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows

The Candidate

We're looking for someone polished, switched-on and genuinely motivated to build a long-term career in Property Management.

You'll ideally be:

- Extremely well presented and professional
- Clear, confident and articulate
- A solid listener who takes direction and follows through
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Practical, proactive and able to use common sense




- Comfortable in a busy team environment
- Driven and genuinely passionate about real estate
- Keen to learn, develop and progress

Previous real estate experience is required, though you don't necessarily need years of Property Management behind you.

This could be an excellent next move for an experienced:

- Leasing Executive
- Property Officer
- Assistant Property Manager
- Junior Property Manager

For the right person, attitude, communication, presentation and drive will matter just as much as the years you've spent managing a portfolio.
