About the role

This role is the operational engine of the hub model and carries direct accountability for hub performance across both locations. You'll own the day to day running of both hubs and are responsible for the member experience, office operations, and the financial health of the hub model. This is a single person role managing a multi-hub model.

Key responsibilities

- Hold direct accountability for hub performance, including revenue and EBIT, across both locations
- Maintain and act on the hubs dashboard, tracking occupancy, revenue, and arrears in real time
- Lead planning for hub expansion, including office availability, building considerations, and recent space opportunities as they arise
- Oversee invoicing and bookkeeping across both hub locations
- Age receivable management and reconciliation
- Administer a three-strike process for member accounts in arrears
- Lead membership tier onboarding and annual member reviews
- Own member experience and day to day office operations
- Manage the operational booking system and process, including auditing and scoping improvements to the current system
- Lead operational execution of pop-up coworking, extending Enterprize's presence into communities across the state each quarter

About you





- Commercially minded, comfortable owning a revenue and EBIT target and not just a task list
- Operationally disciplined, with a bias for tight, well run day to day systems
- Confident with numbers and comfortable reporting on performance without hand-holding
- Calm and solutions focused when handling member issues under pressure
- Comfortable across multiple sites, with the judgement to run a commercial space at scale
