An established and growing Australian organisation is looking for an experienced D365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join its internal technology team.
You will work within one of Australia’s most heavily customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments, delivering improvements across supply chain, manufacturing and production operations.
This is a hands-on functional role. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure solutions and deliver enhancements through testing and implementation.
The role is based onsite in Marrickville five days per week.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
- Translate requirements into functional designs and practical D365 solutions
- Configure and enhance D365 Supply Chain Management functionality
- Support manufacturing, production, inventory, warehousing and procurement processes
- Prepare functional specifications for custom development
- Work closely with developers and other technical specialists
- Complete unit testing and support the business through UAT
- Assist with solution implementation, deployment and user adoption
- Troubleshoot application issues and recommend practical improvements
- Maintain functional documentation and deliver user training
- Contribute across both project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong experience as a D365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant
- Hands-on D365 configuration experience
- Practical experience within manufacturing or production environments
- Strong knowledge of relevant D365 SCM modules, including inventory, procurement, warehousing, production or master planning
- Experience gathering requirements and producing functional specifications
- Experience across testing, UAT and implementation
- The ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and development teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills
- Broader knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations
HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience working with heavily customised D365 environments
- D365 Finance process knowledge
- Systems integration or data-migration experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- Power BI or SQL knowledge
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

- $170,000–$200,000 base salary + super, depending on experience
