About the Role:

Readi is currently seeking competent Crane Operators and Riggers for a variety of roles, including major shutdowns, ad hoc assignments, and continuous opportunities across multiple sites.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in rigging and crane operation roles

- Solid commitment to safety

- Ability to work on diverse projects across different sites

- Availability for both short-term and long-term assignments

- Experience working across different sites in central Queensland

REQUIREMENTS:

- Coal Board Medical

- Standard 11

- High Risk Work Licence

- Construction Industry White Card

- Working at Heights (within 2 years)

- C Class license required - HR, HC or MC license desirable

- Minimum 2 years’ experience Rigging or Operating in either the resources or crane hire industry

- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances

- Excellent communication skills

- A commitment to zero harm in the workplace

- Flexible attitude to work with other crews onsite, at times to assist with tasks outside your scope of work
