Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for your next chance? We are seeking a reliable team member to join a well-established manufacturer. Previous experience in paint, coatings or chemical blending is highly regarded, however the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

About the Role

As part of the production team, you'll be responsible for blending paint and chemical products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. This is a hands-on role working with raw materials in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Need
Current LF Forklift Licence.
Ability to safely handle flammable solvents, resins and raw materials.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg bags when loading batches (approximately four bags per day).
Comfortable working within a chemical manufacturing environment.




Strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures.
Previous experience in paint manufacturing, coatings, chemical mixing or blending will be highly regarded.
