CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a privately owned, well established commercial building head contractor in Perth, who due to growth and newly awarded projects have a new opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to play a key role within the business.

A leading contractor who have been established in Perth & WA for over 15+ years, with a team of 30+ - this builder has a proven track record of delivering a wide variety of buildings - Commercial, Industrial, Mixed Use etc - typically up to $50m.

The Role - HSE Advisor
Offer on-site health, safety, and setting (HSE) guidance to the project team.
Provide daily support to the Project Manager and Supervisors in HSE management.
Create and revise HSE Management Plans specific to the project.
Take the lead in and assist with investigations, reporting, and action management for project incidents.




Regularly monitor and report project/site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on both a weekly and monthly basis.

A client that take pride in their projects, providing extensive resources to each project & who look after their sub contractors, with consistent repeat business.

Well suited to a driven HSE Advisor who has excellent communication skills, who is personable, approachable and can build solid relationships with the project delivery teams.

Long term permanent opportunity with a reliable and established builder, salary package ranging from $140-$150k + Super + Vehicle.
