Role Overview & Responsibilities:-

As a High Reach Forklift Operator you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, movement of inventory across our facility. You will be responsible for operating the High Reach forklift, handling stock, and supporting daily operations while maintaining a robust focus on safety and productivity.

Position Details & Compensation:-

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Timings: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Includes standard break details)

Work Location: Laverton North,VIC

Pay Rate:$37.50 per hourSuperannuation+ 12% Superannuation
Forklift Operation: Safely operate High Reach to move, stack, and organise inventory while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Loading & Unloading:



Efficiently load and unload products from trucks, ensuring proper handling to completely prevent any damage to goods.
Pick Packing Tasks: Perform pick packing according to order requirements.
Warehouse Navigation: Drive cages through the warehouse for productive picking while maintaining a tidy, clean, and organised workspace.
Manual Handling: General warehouse duties, including lifting up to 20kg

We are looking for hardworking individuals who possess robust attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and at least basic communication skills.
Licensing: Valid Forklift (LF) license (Mandatory).
High Reach Experience: Minimum 1 year of High Reach forklift experience.
Counterbalance Experience: Minimum 2 years of Counterbalance experience.
General Experience: Minimum 1 year of general forklift operating experience (Mandatory).
Technical Skill: Proven proficiency in RF scanning

Pay: $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
