Who You Are
Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, or Legal Practitioner certification.
Minimum 10 years experience in contract management within EPC, mining, infrastructure, or heavy engineering sectors.
Deep expertise in FIDIC, NEC, GCC, and bespoke contract negotiation and administration.




Proven track record managing complex claims, disputes, and commercial risk profiles.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of major commercial contracts and subcontracts.
Oversee contract governance, risk management, and compliance throughout full project lifecycles.
Manage extension of time claims, variations, cost recovery, and dispute resolution.
Provide strategic commercial guidance and mentorship to engineering and project management teams.
