Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Handle repair enquiries, quotes, bookings and device check-ins.
Create accurate repair tickets and maintain service records.
Update customers on repair progress via phone, SMS or email.
Process payments and assist with stock and parts management.
Support technicians and day-to-day store operations.
Maintain a clean and organised workplace.

About You
Excellent communication and customer service skills.




Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
Basic smartphone/tablet technical knowledge preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled, reliable and customer-focused.
Valid driver’s licence required.
Must have full Australian working rights-Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
