Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance.
Work hands-on alongside the team, completing daily mowing, edging, pruning and garden maintenance.
Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on machinery and specialised grounds equipment.
Use a range of handheld power tools and machinery to maintain gardens, lawns and green spaces.
Complete hedging, trimming,



blowing, weeding, mulching and general horticultural works.
Allocate daily tasks, support the team and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and other required site safety and reporting tasks.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks, rectifying maintenance issues as required.
Communicate with clients in office and represent Solutions+ professionally at commercial properties.
Lead by example in office, maintaining a safe workplace while delivering quality work alongside your team.

What will you need?
A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
