Patricks Road State School is a high performing primary school in Brisbane's north-west. With an enrolment of approximately 750 students and a highly committed teaching staff, the Coach will play an integral role in supporting staff to continue delivering high-quality pedagogy grounded in the science of learning.

Your role
As the Coach, you will:

Work closely with the HOD/C to develop and implement whole-school, evidence-based and consistent instructional routines
Contribute as a valued member of the leadership team, helping to advise on and shape the future direction of the school
Build a whole-school coaching culture that strengthens consistency and quality of pedagogy
Coach teams and individuals to support ongoing skilled growth
Work with teachers at all stages of their careers to leverage existing strengths and build instructional capability
