An experienced heat pump service agent is required in the Greater Hobart area for servicing of residential heat pumps for HEG (Home Efficiency Group) customers due to increased demand in our Servicing Department.

Work is variable and seasonal to a degree, but we are seeing a robust increase in demand due to our high quality of our workmanship & professionalism. We service all types of heat pumps, including wall-based, floor consoles, ceiling cassettes and ducted - all brands.

We are versatile with the engagement, either:
Casual employment initially with a view to part time set days
Company vehicle for work days can be supplied vs own vehicle and reimbursement
Employment (HEG) vs contracting (ABN)

Prior experience is required, and climbing in subfloor and ceiling cavity spaces is a routine part of the position description. Full vehicle license is required, and a lot of travel around Greater Hobart is needed, plus interim day trips to more regional locations (Huonville, Triabunna etc)

Bonuses are paid based on customer feedback/reviews and referrals, and some additional marketing activities are part of the standard HEG process.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
