About the role:

Are you a hands-on, reliable all-rounder who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting things done? We’re looking for a Site Handyman to join our Facilities and Maintenance team at our busy Wetherill Park manufacturing site, working day shift.

This is a new role, so there’s an opportunity to help shape what it looks like day to day. You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance, minor repairs, and keeping the site facilities in top working order. From fixing a leaky tap to reconfiguring workspaces or lending a hand with in office maintenance tasks, no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:




Carrying out general building maintenance (doors, walls, fixtures, painting, plumbing)
Inspecting site facilities and reporting issues to the Maintenance Manager
Assisting with setting up and dismantling equipment or furniture as required
Supporting external contractors and tradespeople in office
Maintaining tools and equipment used for repair tasks
Following safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents
Performing basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks where appropriate

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a handyman, general maintenance, or similar trade support role
Working knowledge of building maintenance systems (basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
Competence with hand tools and gardening equipment
A proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills
Strong time management and communication abilities
