This hands on position supports the Restaurant Manager by leading each shift, coordinating the team, maintaining service standards and ensuring a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Robust hospitality and customer service experience
Confidence leading and supporting a team
Transparent communication and sound judgement
A proactive approach to cleanliness, safety and service
Commitment to training and developing others
Knowledge of food safety and responsible service requirements
