Personal Care Worker – Aged Care (Melbourne)

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our aged care team and provide high-quality support to our clients.

About the role

You will assist older people with their daily living needs while promoting their independence, dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records
Working respectfully with clients, families, and other care professionals





About you

We are looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Reliable and dependable
Skilled and committed to providing person-centred care
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experienced in aged care
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (preferred)
Current First Aid/CPR, police check, NDIS clearance, WWCC, Flu vaccination
