We are seeking a skilled and experienced Curry Chef and Tandoori Chef to join our kitchen team. We are open for dinner.
Responsibilities include
Performing weekly stock checks and inventory
Preparing and cooking menu items including entrees and mains
Preparing and cutting the vegetables and meet prior to the opening hours
Complying with Health & safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace and maintain hygiene in the kitchen
Creating new flavourful dishes with current cooking techniques from time to time
Be fast and efficient, be able work in a pressure environment.
Knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
