Position Title: Housekeeper/s

Reports To: Front Desk Team / Hotel Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards, including:
Making beds and changing linens
Dusting and polishing furniture
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly
Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
Ensure public areas, corridors, and staff areas are kept clean and presentable
Handle guest property with care and report any items left behind
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and turnaround times
Support laundry operations if required




Provide friendly and skilled interactions with guests when encountered

Skills & Experience
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience highly regarded)
Solid attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
