We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation to appoint an Employee Relations Consultant for an initial 3-month contract, with potential extension.

We are also recruiting for a Senior P&C; Advisor to join the team so don't hesitate to apply if you are at advisory level

About the Role

Reporting into a specialist Employee Relations team, you will provide expert advice and guidance across a diverse portfolio of ER matters while supporting leaders to manage workplace issues confidently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex employee relations casework from end to end
Conducting workplace investigations and preparing recommendations
Advising on performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance matters
Supporting leaders through organisational policies and employment obligations
Managing matters involving workplace complaints, misconduct and policy breaches




Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver commercially sound and compliant outcomes
Contributing to a positive employee experience while balancing organisational risk

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or a specialist HR advisory role
Strong workplace investigation experience
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER frameworks
Experience managing performance, conduct and grievance matters
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
The ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced workplace and quickly build credibility with leaders

Experience supporting Fair Work Commission matters, conciliations or complex ER cases will be highly regarded.
