About the role

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio. This is an opportunity to become part of a high-performing, supportive team where you'll have the tools, systems and people around you to succeed.

Key responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
Handling arrears and tenancy matters
Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
General portfolio administration and reporting

About you
Has previous experience in residential property management
Has solid knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities




Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Is proactive, reliable and takes ownership of their work
Has robust attention to detail
Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
Is professional, approachable and solutions-focused
Holds the relevant NSW Property Management qualifications/licence
