Role: Sales Representative - No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided

Location: Melbourne (Remote)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday with 8:30 am starts)

As Duo Group continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our growth across the Melbourne market. This is a great chance for someone looking to build a long term career in sales, strengthen their communication and relationship management skills, and thrive in a quick paced, performance-driven workplace.

The successful candidate will be required to attend our Sydney office for up to 4 weeks of onboarding and training. Flights and accommodation will be covered by Duo Group for the duration of the training period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting outbound sales calls to introduce and sell our products
Following proven sales scripts to promote product benefits and overcome initial objections.
Building and maintaining positive relationships through phone conversations and networking events




Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

The successful candidate will have the following:
Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or outbound calling experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with a diverse range of clients
Self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in fast-paced environments
Suitable Work From Home setup and a reliable internet connection
