An excellent chance exists for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in Port Melbourne. This casual position offers consistent full-time hours (7:00am - 3:00pm) with the potential for overtime.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse operations.

The Role

Working within a busy warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, unloading and putting away incoming goods
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Conducting stock counts and inventory checks
Maintaining accurate inventory records




Operating a forklift as required
Assisting with shipping and receiving activities
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous warehouse experience in receiving, picking, packing or dispatch
A current Forklift Licence (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable literacy and numeracy skills
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
The ability to work independently with limited supervision
A commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable Experience
SAP experience
MRP system experience
Inventory management experience
Cycle counting and stock control experience
Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
