We’re looking for an operationally minded Area Manager to support our growing network across Brisbane and surrounding regions. This is a fantastic Full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and helping stores perform at their best.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you’ll support multiple pharmacy locations, working closely with retail managers, owners, and support office teams to ensure stores operate smoothly, professionally, and in line with group standards. You’ll play a key role in coaching teams and driving consistency and operational excellence across the network.

What You’ll Do

· Support & coach retail managers across multiple stores

· Monitor store standards, operations & performance

· Build robust relationships with owners, managers & teams

· Support the rollout of processes, promotions, and improvements

· Conduct regular store visits, including occasional regional travel

About You

· Retail pharmacy experience is essential

· Multi-site management experience is highly regarded





· Confident communicator with solid problem-solving skills

· Organised, proactive & great with stakeholders

· Experience with pharmacy software is an advantage
