As Merchandiser Coordinator, you are the friendly trainer and supporter for our field managers and merchandising team. You’ll be the operational go-to for onboarding, training, and supporting our field crew. This role is all about hands-on mentorship, and leading our team to ensure compliance across our store network is always spot on.

Your Current Focus
Growing Our People: You’ll lead onboarding for recent team members and deliver ongoing coaching. This also includes evaluating performance and supporting our team with Workcover return-to-work plans.
Ensuring Success in the Field: Undertake regular travel to support our regional merchandisers. You will also review store compliance photos, help with store projects like revamps, and act as a key operations point-of-contact.
Operational Super Support: You will provide seamless supervisory coverage during the manager's leave and store cover during peak periods.
Recruitment & Admin:



Assist with interviewing talent, manage recruitment paperwork, maintain training records, and handle daily admin in MS Office (Excel/Word) and our system, Unite.

Who You Are

You’re a perfect fit if you bring:
Retail & Mentoring Background: Proven experience in merchandising and operations, with prior success in a supervisory, training, or mentoring capacity.
Excellent Tech & Communication Skills: Solid skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with scheduling or reporting software. You are a clear communicator and a supportive team player.
The Right Attitude: Solutions-focused, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. You are proactive and take pride in supporting others to succeed.
Licence & Mobility: A valid Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel (regional).

We provide a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, Laptop and all the tools you need to succeed. Some overnight travel may be required.
