We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

This role is suited to
A capable Chef de Partie looking for a stable, long-term position
An experienced Sous Chef who is hard working, reliable and enjoys working in quick - paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Prepping food
Running a section during service
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working efficiently in a rapid-paced, team environment

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and team-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
