Café All Rounder (BOH and coffee experience)

Geelong area with three different locations- Immediate Start Available

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a café and high school canteen environment, with Back of house and coffee experience, and can work confidently within a small team or individually while also being capable of working autonomously.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing espresso coffee and beverages
Maintaining attractive and well-stocked food displays
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Assisting with daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
Good understanding with food preparation

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment
Demonstrated coffee-making (barista) experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current Food Handler Certificate
Current Work with Children Check
Reliable, well-presented and punctual
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

What We Offer
Casual position between 7am and 2:30pm with some weekend work available
Might need to work weekend and public holiday with penalty rates
