The Company:

This is a great opportunity for someone with collections or client service experience who is looking to move away from high-volume consumer collections into a more professional, relationship-led B2B environment.

The Role:

Working closely with an established portfolio of business clients, you will manage client enquiries, arrears and payment discussions while maintaining a solid focus on service and long-term relationships.

This is not a traditional transactional collections role. The emphasis is on understanding each client's circumstances, working collaboratively to resolve issues and identifying practical solutions that support both the client and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound client enquiries via phone and email
Conducting professional collections and arrears discussions with business customers
Working with clients to agree appropriate payment solutions
Maintaining accurate account notes and client records
Preparing and submitting weekly arrears reporting
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account queries




Providing a high level of service throughout every client interaction

So who are you?
Previous' experience across collections, credit, client service or accounts receivable
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with business clients
A professional, consultative and solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
The ability to build rapport while managing sometimes challenging conversations
A collaborative working style and strong personal integrity

Experience within asset finance, lending, financial services or another B2B setting would be highly regarded.
