We are an Italian trattoria serving authentic Italian‑style food. We take pride in fresh ingredients, consistent quality and a friendly team culture. We are now seeking a hard‑working Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

Job Duties
Prepare, wash, peel and cut ingredients as per kitchen prep lists.
Assist chefs with basic cooking, plating and dish‑up during service.
Maintain cleanliness of work station, equipment and storage areas following food safety standards.
Check ingredient freshness, label stock and assist with stock rotation.
Follow recipes, portion control and presentation standards.
Work as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Comply with all workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements.

Requirements
Passion for food and cooking, willing to learn on the job.
Can work weekends and evenings, able to work under pressure during peak service.
Valuable teamwork,



reliable and punctual.
Basic kitchen experience is desirable but not essential; trainees are welcome.
Valid Food Handler Certificate preferred.
