About the role

As part of the Parts & Accessories team, you will be responsible for helping customers select the right products for their motorcycles and riding needs.

Key responsibilities
Assisting customers with motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear and merchandise
Providing knowledgeable and friendly product advice
Building strong relationships with customers and identifying sales opportunities
Preparing quotes and processing sales
Answering customer enquiries in-store, by phone and online
Maintaining attractive and well-presented displays
Receiving, checking and organising stock
Working closely with workshop and motorcycle sales teams
Staying up to date with new products, brands and motorcycle accessories
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to purchase

About you
Has a genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
Has previous experience in retail, parts, accessories or sales
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is confident talking to customers and recommending products
Has a robust sales mindset and enjoys achieving targets




Is reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment
Has positive computer and administrative skills
Can work positively as part of a team
Has a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
Motorcycle industry experience is highly desirable. A strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear or major motorcycle brands will be highly regarded.
