As a Fettler, you will be responsible for grinding, finishing, and preparing cast metal products to meet quality standards. This is a physically demanding role suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Operate grinders, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to remove excess metal and imperfections from cast products
Conduct quality inspections and identify defects
Perform repetitive manual handling and production tasks
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Work collaboratively within a production team

About You
Previous experience in labouring, manufacturing, foundry, construction, abattoir, or heavy industrial environments
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and industrial workplace




Able to understand and follow safety procedures and instructions
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Current driver's licence preferred
