Evoak Property Management is looking for friendly and reliable people to help with open homes and other rental property visits.

The role is around 3–10 hours per week, on Saturday mornings or weekdays, so it works well around school, university, another casual job or other commitments.

It’s a good fit if you’re confident with people, responsible, organised and keen to build solid professional experience for your CV.

What the role involves:
Welcoming prospective tenants at open homes
Conducting move-in, move-out and periodic property inspections using our inspection software
Representing Evoak professionally with tenants and prospective tenants
Completing short follow-up administration from home

Evoak is fully remote, so there's no requirement to work from a traditional real estate office.

What you’ll need:
Be at least 17 years old
Have a driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
Hold a National Police Check or be willing to obtain one
Be confident, friendly, well-presented and reliable
Be organised and comfortable working independently
Be willing to complete the short online Assistant Agent Certificate (paid for by Evoak after 6 months with us)

The qualification can also become the first step towards a real estate licence, but there is no expectation that you pursue real estate as a career.

This is a casual position paid in accordance with the Real Estate Industry Award 2020.
