The Roles

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
Assisting with food and beverage preparation
Provide feedback to owners on how to improve operations
Ordering, Cost and Stock Management
Rostering of staff
Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene
Ensure smooth daily operations by developing and implementing procedures
Ensure effective flow of communication between kitchen and wait staff

The position Requires





The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
Have a right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory or management role within restaurant
Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
Be able to work under pressure
Be a team player with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and productive
Strong interpersonal skills
