We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Five Guys team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team, run excellent services, develop your crew and help keep the restaurant operating at its best.

What You’ll Do
Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, coach and develop your team
Take charge during service and lead from the front
Maintain high standards across food, service, cleanliness and food safety
Support labour, COGS and overall restaurant performance
Create a positive, energetic team culture

What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in hospitality restaurant management
Proven experience leading and developing a team
A hands-on, team-first attitude
High standards and attention to detail
Energy, ambition and a genuine passion for outstanding food and service
Someone who wants to grow their career, not just work a job
