XCircle – Advanced Manufacturing

XCircle is rapidly expanding its Neerabup and Wangara manufacturing facilities to meet growing demand for modular critical power infrastructure and AI data centre solutions. We are seeking two trade qualified welders to join our fabrication team on a full time ongoing basis.

The Role

As a trade qualified welder, you will carry out structural and module welding on our modular systems, working from engineering drawings and weld maps to produce high-quality, compliant welds on skid bases, frames and enclosures.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out GMAW welding on both solid and cored wire across module builds and structural fabrication
Weld structural members including 530UB beams and 150x100 RS rafters to engineering drawings and weld maps
Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical positions in accordance with approved welding procedures (WPS)
Read, interpret and work from technical drawings, weld maps and job specifications
Carry out fit-up, tacking and preparation of steel prior to welding
Conduct visual checks on completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications
Work as part of the fabrication team,



assisting with general fabrication and assembly tasks when required
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area in line with company and WHS standards

Requirements
Trade qualification in welding or boilermaking
Strong GMAW (MIG) skills on solid wire, with cored wire experience highly regarded
Must be able to pass a 2F weld test in mild steel
Competent and confident welding in flat, horizontal and vertical positions
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld maps
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Own welding helmet (Adflo) and own hand tools required
Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player

What We Offer
Full time ongoing employment
$42.00 per hour + Super, with overtime available
Weekly Pay
40.5-hour week — 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 12:30pm Friday
