About the role
Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of the National Skills Taxonomy. Partner with policy, technical and data specialists to establish information governance, taxonomy standards and sustainable management processes supporting nationwide adoption.
Duties
Design taxonomy structures, definitions and metadata
Lead governance, version control and change processes
Align taxonomy with standards and skills frameworks
Partner with SMEs, data teams and policy stakeholders
Produce guides, procedures and information artefacts
Skills & experience
Expertise in taxonomy and information management
Knowledge of metadata, ontology and classification
Experience defining governance and business rules
Background in complex stakeholder settings
Strong documentation and business analysis skills
