Experience and Pay Classification
Level 2 - Cook Grade 1 Weekday $32.31 / Weekend $38.78

Availability
Required: Friday and Saturday: 5pm-11pm
Optional: Weekday 10 am-4pm or 5pm-1030pm
Optional chance to work during the day as a prep chef once properly trained, excellent attitude and work ethic and if there is availability.

Working closely with the management team, the Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen operations ensuring the highest quality and consistency of food, along with:
Preparing and cooking dishes according to Eddy & Wolff’s recipes and standards
Supporting daily kitchen operations during service
Working across different kitchen sections including preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
Assisting with daily food preparation and kitchen organisation
Following food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation throughout service
Assisting with stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation




Supporting waste control and responsible use of ingredients
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assisting senior chefs with menu development and current dish ideas
Contributing to a positive and respectful team environment
Engaging professionally with guests in our open kitchen environment

Applicants for this position should:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willing to work in a open kitchen environment, presentable and engage guests.
Have minimum level of Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Have excellent communication and leadership skills in a high-pressure environment
Enjoy working in both a team and independently.
Punctual and available to work flexible hours.
