At Latin Manna, a vibrant Colombian restaurant located in the heart of South Brisbane, we are passionate about bringing the rich flavours of Colombian gastronomy to life and we are on the lookout for a talented Chef to prepare our traditional dishes, lead the kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.

As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing of high-quality Colombian dishes, overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining food safety standards and keeping kitchen costs in check.

Qualifications and Experience:




Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role in Colombian or Latin cuisine (minimum 2 years).
Protected Food Handling Certificate (mandatory).
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, quick-paced environment.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
