Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the delivery of a safe, effective, and high-quality workplace environment. This role integrates facilities management with workplace experience, ensuring that workplaces support employee productivity, wellbeing, and organisational performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for workplace operations, vendor management, space utilisation, and compliance, while partnering with key stakeholders to support evolving business and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned to culture and business goals
Manage daily facilities operations (maintenance, cleaning, security, front-of-house)
Manage vendors and contracts to ensure performance, compliance, and value
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all workplaces
Drive sustainability and resource efficiency initiatives
