Hudson Meats is seeking an experienced and passionate Butcher to join our talented team. Based on Sydney's Lower North Shore, this full-time position plays a key role in delivering premium quality products and an exceptional customer experience.

As a Hudson Meats Butcher, you will contribute to the efficient and quality-focused store operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting day-to-day butchery operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and hygienic practices
Delivering exceptional customer service and preparing premium cuts to customer specifications
Training and mentoring junior team members to uphold high professional standards
Managing stock levels, and maintaining store cleanliness
Collaborating with the broader team to identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified butcher
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a premium shopping experience
Excellent knife skills and expert meat-cutting knowledge




Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Robust communication and leadership abilities
A genuine passion for the butchery industry and continuous improvement
Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent formal butchery qualification required
Must have legal authorisation to work in Australia
