Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output.
Solid awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
