Skin Cancer Nurse (Registered Nurse)
Role Overview
Want to be part of a big national program that screens people for skin cancer at work? We're looking for nurses to join our team in cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and more. You can work on a casual or contract basis, and we have jobs in both cities and rural areas. As a skin cancer nurse, you'll assess people's skin and moles, use special tools for a closer look, and figure out if anyone needs to see a doctor. You'll also keep track of everything in our records. It's a excellent way to help people stay healthy and catch any problems early.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Experience in skin cancer screening, skin checks or mole checks
Solid clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage onsite screening sessions
Skin cancer/dermoscopy qualifications highly desirable
Mole mapping/melanography experience and own dermoscope advantageous
