Snowy Mill Bakery is looking forward to welcome a current Head Barista/Supervisor!
We are looking for someone confident enough to take responsibility of the coffee section and help lead our small café team. This is a long-term position, we hope to welcome someone who is willing to grow with our current café.
Starting October.
2+ years barista experience, ideally in a busy café
Confident with dialling in, grinder adjustment and troubleshooting
Previous supervisor / shift leader experience preferred
Confident running a shift independently
Solid customer service and communication skills
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and café procedures
Comfortable with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS
Able to help with stock control and ordering
Available for weekends
⭐️Australian working rights or suitable visa
Pay: $35.00 – $37.58 per hour
