We are seeking a qualified Disability Support Work who can speak Nepali (participant's preference) has specific experience in working with people with a range of disabilities and abilities including intellectual, neurological, cognitive, sensory, physical impairment, psycho-social, and autism. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, caring and compassionate, and adaptable to work with a wide range of people living with disabilities.

Duties

· Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry

· Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping

· Social & Community participation - engage in the community, meet people,

Requirements

· Certificate III in Individual Supports /Disability Cert IV or equivalent (essential)

· Current National Police Clearance

· Valid Working with Children’s Check





· Current First Aid Certificate incl. CPR

· Current Manual Handling Certificate

· Must have a driver’s license and reliable transport

· Full Australian working rights

· NDIS worker's screen clearance

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $36.50 – $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 16.0 per week
