Your New Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll take ownership of pricing across a mix of production and custom builds, working across the full estimating lifecycle.
Accurate sales and production estimating across a mix of volume and higher end custom builds
Support the Estimating Manager on more complex jobs while running standard pricing independently
Work closely with the design, sales and construction teams as well as trades and suppliers





What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum 2 years in a residential estimating role
Databuild experience essential, Evolve exposure highly regarded
Working knowledge of Bluebeam
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
