Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Emerald operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing branch performance, driving operational excellence and building a robust team culture while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day operations of the Emerald branch
Driving safety, compliance and service performance
Managing and developing a team across operations and freight handling
Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Managing branch budgets, costs and operational performance
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business
Ensuring the branch continues to deliver a high level of service to the local community

What You'll Need
Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics or operations management
Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance requirements




Experience managing people, performance and customer relationships
Financial and commercial understanding, including budgets and cost control
Forklift Licence
HR Licence or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead from the front and support a positive team culture
