This is an prospect to combine your export operations expertise with key account management and customer service in a role where you’ll have genuine ownership.

You’ll work closely with a major client, becoming a trusted point of contact and managing their freight requirements from booking through to delivery.

The Role

You’ll manage the day-to-day export requirements of key accounts, including:
Managing client relationships and providing proactive customer service.
Coordinating bookings, documentation, customs, transport and shipment milestones.
Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and transport providers.
Monitoring cargo movements and keeping clients updated.
Resolving issues quickly and providing practical solutions.
Negotiating export freight rates and managing commercially sound outcomes.
Ensuring export documentation and compliance requirements are met.

What we're looking for





We’re looking for a solid Export Operator who enjoys being customer-facing and wants to take the next step into a broader client-focused role.

You’ll ideally have:
5+ years’ freight forwarding export experience, strong in sea freight.
Proven key account & customer service experience with confident client communication.
Robust CargoWise skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
